Sandblasting cleaning is to clean the mold by spraying quartz sand in the mold cavity with high-pressure gas, and then polishing with a grinder and applying butter to prevent rust. Storage environment:
When not in use, the mold should be stored in a well-ventilated environment with a relative humidity of less than 70% to prevent the mold from rusting.

Packaging and transportation


Pre-shipment preparation:
The mold should be wiped clean before leaving the factory, and rust-proof agent should be applied to the surface of all parts or rust-proof packaging should be used. The movable and fixed molds should be packaged as a whole as much as possible. For parts that allow separate packaging, such as water nozzles, oil nozzles, hydraulic cylinders, cylinders, electrical parts, etc., sealing measures should be taken to prevent the entry of foreign objects.
Transportation requirements:
The mold should be moisture-proof and bump-proof during transportation to ensure that the mold is intact. The packaging box should be accompanied by relevant documents such as the certificate of conformity.
