Quality inspection
We have ISO9001 quality management system certification. This internationally recognized quality management system instills a culture of excellence and meticulous attention to detail in our procurement processes. It significantly reduces errors, defects and inefficiencies in procurement operations, resulting in cost savings and increased efficiency. By adhering to ISO 9001 standards, we have established strict quality control, strengthened supplier management, and ensured that the packaging materials we purchase always meet or exceed customer requirements. ISO 9001 enables us to better respond to risks and disruptions in our supply chains, promotes proactive risk management and strengthens our commitment to regulatory compliance.
Our quality inspection process
Establish quality standards:
Before the inspection process begins, we define and establish clear packaging material quality standards and specifications based on your needs and manufacturer. These standards can cover aspects such as size, material composition, color, printing quality, and more.
Pre-production inspection:
Quality inspection can start before the actual production of packaging materials. This involves reviewing and approving pre-production samples and prototypes to ensure they meet agreed standards. Make any necessary adjustments before full production begins.
Process inspection:
During the production process, inspectors can conduct in-process inspections to check quality at various stages. This ensures that any deviations from quality standards are promptly identified and corrected.

Functional and performance testing:
Depending on the type of packaging, functional and performance testing may be required.
Measurements and dimensional checks:
Inspectors verify the size and dimensions of packaging materials to ensure they meet specified requirements.
Document review:
Quality inspectors review production documents, including specifications, quality control records, and any relevant compliance documents to ensure that packaging materials comply with regulatory and safety standards.

Packaging and shipping inspection:
Inspectors may also inspect the packaging and shipping of packaging materials to ensure they are adequately protected during transportation and that the correct quantities are being shipped.
Reports and feedback:
After the inspection, a detailed report is generated that includes findings, discrepancies, and recommendations. The report will be shared with the supplier and any necessary corrective actions discussed.
